T & P – adding feather to crown
The pride of St. Michael College of Engineering and Technology is the Training & Placement Cell. It crowns the name and fame of the college and year after year adds feather to its crown by enabling eligible students get placed in various MNCs. It has been guided and overseen by a team of faculty members with several years of exposure to the corporate world.
As a prelude to the round of placements, the college also ensures that student delegates do interact with the Alumni who had already been placed in MNCs and with personnel who are in different levels of the corporate hierarchy to infuse in them courage and power to overwhelm.
Activities galore
Activities abound the schedule of T&P Cell. Guest Lectures, Workshops, Different Training Modules suiting the requirements of different MNCs, Aptitude Tests, Reasoning Test, Group Discussion and its techniques, Tips on Body Language, and General Etiquettes, Mock Interviews, and HR Interviews are part of the curriculum of T&P Cell.

The guidance and efforts of the members of staff have paved way for a generation of great talent and academic achievers to rise from the annals of the college. It has become a tradition now to see our students get placed year after year. These students do bring laurels both through academic and cultural excellence.
